Shipping

Every order goes through two stages: processing, then transit. We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.

Processing time

Most orders are prepared and ready to ship within 2–7 business days, depending on the product and current order volume. Multi-item orders ship together once every item in the order is ready, which can add a day or two if you've mixed styles.

Transit time

Standard U.S. shipping typically takes an additional 4–6 business days once your order ships. The exact rate and estimate for your address are shown at checkout before you pay.

If something's running behind

We expect to ship every order within 30 days of purchase at the outside. If we can't meet that — or the processing/transit window stated above, whichever is later — we'll email you before that time is up with the choice to keep waiting or cancel for a full refund. You're never on the hook to chase us for this.

Order tracking

We don't yet have automated tracking emails wired up — if you'd like a tracking link once your order ships, email us at orders@monarchgenesisdesign.com with your order reference number and we'll send it over.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before paying — because we begin processing orders quickly, we're often unable to redirect or cancel an order once it's placed. If you catch a mistake right away, email us and we'll do what we can before it ships.

Returns & refunds

We're not able to accept returns or exchanges for reasons of preference — wrong size chosen, changed your mind, color didn't look the way you expected on screen, and similar. Please check our sizing guide before ordering if you're unsure. This is our full refund policy and applies to every order — we don't offer cash or in-person refunds since every sale runs through our online checkout.

What we will fix

• You received the wrong item, size, or color from what you ordered.
• Your item arrived damaged, defective, or with a print flaw.
• Your order was lost in transit and tracking shows no delivery.

For any of the above, email orders@monarchgenesisdesign.com within 30 days of delivery with your order reference number and a photo of the item (for damage or print issues). We'll replace it or refund you in full — your choice. This doesn't affect any additional rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.

Refund timing

Approved refunds are issued back to your original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Privacy

This section explains what information we collect when you shop with us, and what we do with it. We collect only what's needed to take your order, produce it, ship it, and keep you posted about it.

What we collect

• Your name, shipping address, and email address, entered at checkout.
• Basic order details — what you bought, quantity, and price — needed to fulfill and reference your order.
• Your cart contents, stored locally in your own browser (not on our servers) so it's there when you come back.

We do not collect or store your full card number at any point — payment is handled directly by Stripe (see below). We don't knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13, and this site isn't directed at children.

Who we share it with

We work with a small number of service providers to actually run the store, and we share only what each one needs to do its job:

• Stripe — processes your payment. Stripe receives your payment details directly; we never see or store your full card number.
• Our manufacturing and fulfillment partner — produces and ships your order. They receive your name, shipping address, and order contents to fulfill it.
• Zoho / ZeptoMail — delivers the order-confirmation email you receive after purchase.

We do not sell your personal information to anyone, for marketing or any other purpose, and we don't share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Cookies & tracking

We use your browser's local storage to remember your cart between visits — that data stays on your device and isn't sent to us until you check out. We don't currently use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies, and we don't currently respond differently to browser "Do Not Track" signals, since we don't track you across other sites to begin with.

Where this data lives

We're a U.S.-based business and only ship to U.S. addresses. This site is not directed at, and does not knowingly offer goods to, individuals located in the European Union, UK, or other regions outside the U.S. — if that changes in the future, we'll update this policy accordingly.

Your choices & rights

Regardless of where you live, you can ask us what personal information we have on file about you, correct it, or ask us to delete it, at any time by emailing orders@monarchgenesisdesign.com. We'll respond within 30 days. Note that we may need to keep records of completed orders for accounting, tax, and legal reasons even after a deletion request, and that deleting data tied to an in-progress order may affect our ability to fulfill it.

Keeping your data secure

We don't currently operate our own customer database — your order and address information lives only within Stripe, Printful, and our email provider, each of which maintains its own security program. If we ever learn of a breach affecting your personal information in a way that creates a real risk to you, we'll notify you as required by applicable law.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes in a meaningful way, we'll update the date at the top of this page.

Terms of service

These terms cover your use of this site and any order you place with us. By placing an order, you're agreeing to them.

Products & descriptions

We do our best to represent every design and color accurately, but screen displays vary, and printed colors can differ slightly from what you see on screen. Product photos are mockups unless otherwise noted.

Pricing & payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Payment is due in full at the time of ordering and is processed securely by Stripe. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel and refund an order placed at an incorrect price.

Intellectual property

All designs, artwork, and the Monarch Genesis name and logo are original work and the property of Monarch Genesis. You're welcome to wear them proudly — you're not permitted to reproduce, resell, or use our designs commercially without our written permission.

Disclaimer of warranties

We provide this site and its products "as is," without warranties of any kind beyond what applicable law requires and what's stated in our Returns & refunds policy above.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Monarch Genesis isn't liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or your purchase, and our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing here limits any rights you have that can't be limited under applicable law, including Ohio's Consumer Sales Practices Act.

Disputes & arbitration

If a problem comes up, email us first at orders@monarchgenesisdesign.com — most things are solvable without any of what follows. If we can't resolve it informally within 60 days, here's how we handle it:

• Any dispute will be resolved by binding individual arbitration under the Federal Arbitration Act, rather than in court, except that either of us may bring an individual claim in small claims court instead if it qualifies.
• Arbitration will be administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules.
• Claims must be brought individually, not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, consolidated, or representative proceeding.
• You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by emailing orders@monarchgenesisdesign.com within 30 days of your first order, stating that you opt out.

Governing law

These terms, and any dispute not subject to arbitration above, are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Ohio.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continuing to use the site or place orders after a change means you accept the updated terms.
